MiX Telematics launches new MiX Fleet iPhone application
MiX Telematics has launched the new MiX Fleet iPhone application for Fleet Manager (FM) customers.
MiX Fleet is now available for iOS in English, German, Dutch, Italian, French, Spanish and Chinese and versions for Android and Blackberry will soon be published.
In the near future, customers will also be able to track and monitor their fleets using tablets such as the iPad and Samsung Galaxy Tab.
MiX Telematics managing director Charles Tasker said extending MiX Mobile to include support for FM customers is a significant milestone for MiX Telematics.
"Practically, it means that irrespective of which MiX Telematics onboard computer our customers have installed, they can now track their vehicles using a smartphone if they wish to do so," Tasker said.
MiX Telematics is a provider of vehicle tracking and fleet management products and services to consumers.
